We continue our Cooking with Kensington Scott series with another episode from NEFF home economist Kate McBain, filmed before the second lockdown. She continues to highlight some of the key features of the NEFF appliances on display in our showroom with her recipes.
In this video, Kate displays the CircoTherm technology from the compartmental NEFF oven that allows you to cook multiple different items in your oven without any cross-contamination in your food. It also allows each shelf to remain at the same temperature so all of your food cooks evenly throughout the process.
We usually run live cooking demos in our showroom alongside NEFF home economists but this is not possible with social distancing measures, so we have incorporated this into our Cooking with Kensington Scott series this year.
